Ball carrier Rico Dowdle, fresh out of his first career season of 1,000 yards, heads for Caroline.

The Panthers announced that they had accepted conditions with Dowdle on a one -year contract. According to NFL Media, Dowdle can earn up to $ 6.25 million on the agreement, which was more than the cowboys who wanted to pay the return of Dowdle.

The Panthers released the Ballon Miles Sanders bearer and the status of Jonathon Brooks for 2025 seriously after having torn his right knee in December.

Dowdle, who joins Chuba Hubbard in the team’s runner room, is 90th List of free PFT top 100 agents.

Free agent not drafted in 2020, he had only 113 keys for 529 yards and four affected during his first four seasons.

In 2024, Dowdle became the head of what started as a ball carrier by committee after the departure of Tony Pollard in the free agency. He won the starting role of Ezekiel Elliott and ran for 1,079 yards and two affected on 235 races while adding 39 receptions for 249 yards and three affected.

The Cowboys, which were one of the worst teams of NFL last season, replaced it on the list by signing the former Ballon carrier of the Broncos Javonte Williams. They also have Vaughn and Malik Davis and should use a high choice on a ball carrier.
