Brittney Griner wants to stay relevant to its fans, especially in the middle of WNBA offseason. With the league always negotiate a new collective agreement With the players union and a looming lockout, stars such as Griner must make their own moves outside of the WNBA.
Griner plays in Unrivaled, an independent 3-on-3 league founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. Griner is part of the Vinyl Basketball Club alongside other WNBA stars including Dearica Hamby, Courtney Williams and Rhyne Howard, to name a few.

On a personal note, Griner recently launched his own YouTube channel. On Wednesday, she made a request following her move on social media.

Griner announced it for the first time new channel on January 21 and uploaded a video of a day in the life. The 35-year-old took her viewers through her preparation for an unrivaled match. The 10-minute video also included several trips to Best Buy for his gaming stream.
Griner also began uploading short films, which have garnered thousands of views. At the time of writing, the channel has over 1,100 subscribers.

On Wednesday, the two-time WNBA Defensive Player of the Year took to social media to make a request to her fans.
“Subscribe to my YouTube channel,” she posted on Instagram, sharing a clip from her first YouTube video.
Griner promises to post more content about his daily life in future videos.
Griner just completed her 12th season in the WNBA. She competed for the Atlanta Dream in 2025. The nine-time All-Star joined the Dream as a free agent after 11 seasons with the Phoenix Mercury.

In 39 games played in 2025, Griner averaged 9.8 points on 51.8% shooting, 5.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 20.8 minutes per game. These are all career low numbers for the two-time WNBA scoring champion.
Griner’s one-year contract with the Dream has expired. She is a free agent and will have to negotiate a new contract, either with Atlanta or another WNBA team.
