Bubba Wallace had his ups and downs in 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season.
The 32-year-old 23XI Racing driver posted very impressive results in the regular season. Wallace had 14 top-10 finishes, while tying his career mark with six top-five finishes on the year. He led 378 laps, the most he has ever led since becoming a full-time Cup Series driver for 23XI Racing.

Wallace also won an important victory. He took the checkered flag at the Brickyard 400. However, Wallace did not have the kind of postseason success he hoped for.

So does Wallace consider the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season a success?
He does it.
“I would say it’s a successful season, for sure,” Wallace said. by Racer.com.
Wallace opens up about his 2025 season
Wallace spoke about his victory in Indianapolis.
“For me it was just another victory,” he said. “It’s cool to have the Brickyard 400 behind your name, of course. But honestly, I felt like I wanted to win a Late Model race or something.”

Wallace knows 2026 could also be even better.
“It’s been a lot of fun coming out to the track with a new mindset and having an opportunity to win almost every week is what you want,” Wallace said. “You keep putting your name in the hat – I’ve always said it – eventually they’ll take it out.
“It’s been fun. It goes back to what I told Charles (Denike) when we first met: ‘Man, I want to have fun when we go to the racetrack,’ and that’s exactly what we did. So, I appreciate it.”
