Chances are you’re busy with more pressing matters, but Game 4 of the WNBA The finale took place last night and Mark Davis’ Vegas team won the series for their second straight championship.
That’s all well and good, but the important thing is that this victory allowed Mark Davis to dust off his dancing shoes.
The man’s movements are just as interesting as his haircut.
After beating the New York Liberty, the Aces circled around the guy who signs their paychecks (probably smart) and right on cue, Davis started cutting a stack…
…type of.

I’m far from an expert when it comes to dance. I just don’t understand. It is also path overrated as a skill.
To me it’s all pretty ridiculous, whether it’s Baryshnikov or a drunk aunt dancing at a wedding.
That said, I still feel comfortable asking the following question: Mark Davis; what was that ?
You know that Irish dancers don’t move their arms? Mark Davis’ dance technique is like the weirdo version of this, nothing but arms waving like an inflatable tube guy outside a used car dealership.
I wish the person behind the camera had thought to take some photos of her footwork because I felt like there were some little Elaine Benes kicks going on.
He’ll have the last word, I guess. It has an average at best NFL team but a world-famous WNBA franchise. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind seeing this about-face, but hey, how many teams do you own?
Exactly.
