Duncan’s deal with Netflix will include a “substantial increase” in his ESPN salary, and it will allow him to “work significantly less,” according to The Athletic. She can also work on certain non-sporting events.

As part of the deal, Duncan could still appear on other networks or platforms – but Netflix will take priority on his services, in case of scheduling conflicts.
