Caitlin Clark is the the most famous No. 22 in the WNBAbut the Indiana fever the star is far from being there only No. 22 in the league.

A’ja Wilson of the Las Vegas Aces, Sonia Citron of the Washington Mystics, Veronica Burton of Valkyries of the Golden Stateand Cameron Brink of The Sparks of Los Angeles also has this number.

So who wears No. 22 if these players represent the United States?

Turns out none of them – at least for training camp.

American basketball has released its training camp roster and the coveted No. 22 is unused.

It’s unclear how active Clark will be in camp. She last played on July 13 before a groin injury sidelined her for the remainder of the season. She appeared in 13 matches.

THE FIBA World Cup 2026 is scheduled for September 4-13 in Germany. Since the WNBA and its players association have not reached an agreement new collective agreementits effect on the WNBA schedule is unclear.
