The Indiana Fever ended the season on September 30 after losing in the semifinals of the WNBA playoffs. They lost 107-98 in Game 5 to the Las Vegas Aces.

Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham did not participate in this match after suffering season-ending injuries.

Clark suffered a right groin injury during a July 15 game against the Connecticut Sun, while Cunningham tore his MCL on August 19, also against the Sun.

It’s been a while since the offseason ended and players are enjoying their time off.

Cunningham made a public appearance and gave a short interview to Front Office Sports on Sunday.

She did a quick Q&A, and one of the questions was, “Last player to curate your social media?” » Cunningham didn’t hesitate in his response and gave him a rule regarding Caitlin Clark.

“1,000% Caitlin,” Cunningham said. “1,000%. She’s a (expletive) starter, and so she would definitely start a (expletive) on that.”

Cunningham and Clark have become great friends since Cunningham was traded from the Phoenix Sun to the Fever last offseason.

She was drafted in the second round of the 2019 draft and played six seasons in Phoenix.

In her lone season with the Fever, she averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
