The Eastern Michigan University Athletics Department announced today, October 19, its promotional schedule for the 2023-24 men’s basketball season. Saturday, November 11 vs. Georgia Southern | 12 p.m.
Opening at home – Eastern Men’s Basketball begins another home season at the George Gervin GameAbove Center. Fans of the game will receive free posters on the calendar.
Military Appreciation Game – All active and former military personnel can claim free tickets through Eastern’s partnership with VetTix and will be recognized at the game.
Saturday, November 18 vs. Cleveland State | 1:00 p.m. (doubleheader)
Legacy Day: A celebration of EMU Basketball – Eastern Michigan will dedicate its court to former head coach Ben Braun and celebrate the history of the program. Rising Stars Evening – EMU will host local youth/AAU teams and youth players from across the state for an exclusive party with t-shirts, autographs, and meet and greets with the team.

Happy Hour on Friday evening and the last day of classes – End the work week and semester with Happy Hour at the George Gervin GameAbove Center. All fans and students can enjoy discounted beers from open house until announcement and all AGM tickets are 50% off.
Thursday December 21 against Hampton | 13 hours

Doubleheader – At 1 p.m., join the East women’s team for their game against Toledo as they celebrate Swoop’s birthday party at the game! An extravaganza of mascots and heroes!

Blackout game – Be loud and wear black as we take on rival Central Michigan.

Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Join EMU as we commemorate the life and impact of Martin Luther King Jr. as part of the campus-wide celebration.
