THE NASCAR STAPS returns to road class races this weekend, with qualifications on Saturday to define the land for the Echopark Automotive Grand Prix at Cota.
The full -time terrain of the cup was rarely stronger on road routes than in 2025, AJ Allmending and Shane Van Gisbergen who go from Xfinity. Several cup veterans have also become very good runners on the road by training; Tyler Reddick, Chase Elliott, Kyle Larson, Alex Bowman, Chris Buescher, William Byron, Daniel Suarez and Ross Chastain have all won in road lessons.
Connor Zilisch, 18, who won his first start in the Xfinity series last season in Watkins Glen, will make his series debut on Sunday.
