The Dallas Mavericks entered Wednesday night on a three-game winning streak and had a chance to make it four against a direct rival banged up in the race for the 6th seed in the West. Kyrie Irving stole the show with 23, 10 and 8 assists in the 109-99 victory over the Golden State Warriors.
The Mavs shot the ball terribly from the perimeter for the first three quarters, but it was their big players who had the upper hand throughout the game. With Steph Curry or Draymond Green, Golden State was bound to have difficulty on both ends of the court. Daniel Gafford and Derek Lively had huge games against the Warriors on Wednesday night.
