June 22 – Colorado football coach Deion Sanders improves in his battle with an unrecognized state of health, said his eldest son.
Deion Sanders Jr. published a video of his father on Saturday in his field in Texas on YouTube.
“It’s a nice thing,” says Deion Sanders Jr. in the video. “The coach Prime Back active, moving. God is great. No active return moving, but it is progress.”
In the video, the elder Sanders, 57, is shown by driving the fishing boat, which also has the former star of Colorado and the recruit of Jacksonville Jaguars, Travis Hunter, among the passengers.
Neither Sanders nor the officials of Colorado gave details on the nature of the health problem which the coach is confronted. He is far from Boulder, lacking in young annual camps to which he would normally assisted. He should attend a media pre-season media event on Big 12 on July 9 in Frisco, Texas.
Sanders addressed his health in an article on social networks on June 11.
“I can assure you that everything is fine and will continue to be,” he posted on X. “.. I am delighted to return to Colorado to be at home with my staff, my team and all associated with our program. When we return to Boulder, you will be updated on everything.”
It is not known when Sanders returns to the buffalo.
Member of the temple of renown of professional football, Sanders required several surgeries for persistent blood clots in recent years. He had two toes amputated in 2021 to solve coagulation problems.
