Since the Summer Olympics are held only once every four years, few players have won both an NBA championship and an Olympic gold medal in the same year. Boston Celtics Jrue’s Holidays, Jayson Tatum And Derrick White accomplished this feat at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The trio – with the NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown — led the Boston Celtics to their record 18th NBA championship in June. At the 2024 Olympic GamesHoliday, Tatum and White represented Team USA in their final victory against France.
