The 2023-24 NBA campaign is winding down as the playoffs approach. Although the 2024 NBA Draft is more than three months away, teams have already spent a lot of time scouting this rising class.

There is a class of promising prospects ready to make the jump to the NBA this summer, even if there is no generational talent leading the way. Even without a clear top selection at this point in the 2024 NBA Draft, that doesn’t mean that franchise-changing talent can’t be found.
