Karl-Anthony Towns will forever be a legend of what he did during the 2014-2015 Wildcats season.

ALL-AMERICAN from second consensus and recruit team of the dry year in 2015, TOWNS collected an average of 10.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in a team that was 38-0 and played in the Final Four.

Now he has a message for the current Kentucky team.

“Be in the present,” said Towns. “When you have the Kentucky through your chest and you play for the basketball team, you are the Lexington Rock Stars. Give everyone proud. Show everyone as it really means being a Kentucky Wildcat. Appreciate this moment. Few people will be able to call a Kentucky Wildcat. It is one of the biggest honors.

Big Blue Madness is Saturday October 11. The first exhibition match will take place on October 24 against Purdue, and the opening match of the regular season is Tuesday November 4 against Nicholls as part of the BBN United Tipoff Classic presented by Kentucky Tourism.
