Evander Kane was as cold on camera as Friday’s weather.
The Edmonton Oilers forward acted as a weatherman on a local TV station ahead of the 2023 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic in Edmonton on Sunday.
Kane made some comments while reading Sunday’s forecast, which will be -3 degrees Celsius (27 F) by the time of puck drop at 7 p.m.
The Oilers forward asked viewers to grab their tuque or hat and dress for the game.
Kane scrolled through his forecast until he was told to move because he was blocking the snow radar on the screen.
Once he figures out where he fits in, Kane could have a promising post-hockey career as a meteorologist.
