Former WNBA player Kysre Gondrezick — who signed for Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball’s 2026 season — made history off the court.

The basketball star stripped down for a stunning and risky photoshoot for the iconic Playboy review.

“Playboy’s Miss June 2025 ✨,” she captioned her Thursday, November 13, Instagram sneak peek. “Proud to be the first black professional athlete in history to honor Playboy magazine as a Playmate!

The move – and stunning photos – set the internet ablaze.

Model Winnie Harlow left three heart-eye emojis in the comments.

“We don’t deserve you..😩😍🔥,” Phoenix Mercury player Kalani Brown wrote.

“It’s so hot,” admitted professional player Lexie Brown. “Proud of you!!!!😍😍😍😍.”

“FREEDOM IS SO BEAUTIFUL,” said another commenter. “🔥🙌❤️SO BEYOND PROUD OF YOU DEAR🫶🏽🥰😘💯💃🏽❤️.”

“Madam!” added a fourth. “My jaw, it’s on the floor 😍😍😍.”

Gondrezick – a guard – was drafted fourth overall by the Indiana Fever in 2021 and played in 19 games before being waived the following year. She joined the Chicago Sky’s training camp twice, played in a total of five games, and is now rostered for the 2026 Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball season after being waived a second time in 2024. She also has a successful modeling career.
