Fantasy Basketball Wiver Wire: Shaedon High Flight Sharpe steals the show in DC

Portland’s decision not to make significant movements on the deadline of trade has surprised a lot, because the team has some veterans perceived as the youngest of the team. SG / SF Shaedon Sharpewhich is notable in 38% of Yahoo! The leagues, is one of those young players. Injuries were a problem at various times in his career, but there are advantages in the third year, even if it does not make him a player who must be notative in most leagues at 12 teams.

And this promise was fully exposed Wednesday evening. Sharpe scored 18 points in the two halves of the Blazers victory against Washington, ending with 36 points, eight rebounds, five assists, a flight, a block and three three points. He pulled 13 out of 26 in the field and 7 out of 10 from the fault line, establishing a new total career points. And Sharpe was responsible for the best NBA dunk this season.

Sharpe’s performance was also remarkable because the Blazers lost Deni Avdija to a quad injury just before half-time. Whether it was because he was already the “Next Man Up” or simply the man with the hot hand, Sharpe replaced Avdija in the programming to start the third trimester. With the Blazers still five games in the loss column of the last game in the West, cracking the top 10 will be difficult. This could possibly force the team’s hand concerning players like Sharpe, Scoot Henderson and Kris Murray, the first two already playing reliable minutes of rotation.

Let’s look at some of the other Wednesday vans:

SG / SF Malik Beasley (41%), Detroit Pistons

In a match of two of the best offensive reserves of the NBA, Beasley exceeded Payton Pritchard during the 20 -point victory of the pistons against the Celtics. Pulling 10 out of 15 on the field, Beasley collected 26 points, five rebounds, two assists, a flight, a block and six three points in 22 minutes. The points and the three points are not surprising, but Malik recording a full statistics line is a bonus for those who have returned it. And although the fantastic value can be volatile, he has been a fourth round player in nine cates formats in the past three weeks.

SG / SF / PF Keldon Johnson (31%), San Antonio Spurs

Johnson’s game was not particularly suitable for fantasy, but has been more precious recently. A player of the best 100 in eight and nine cats in the past two weeks, he has finished the defeat on Wednesday against the Rockets with 22 points, five rebounds, two assists and a flight in 29 minutes. Johnson missed his three attempts by three points, but pulled 8 out of 10 and 6 out of 6 from the fault line. Devin Vassell continuing to fight, Johnson can have more opportunities, even if that does not mean a passage in the starting program.

SG / SF Aaron Wiggins (23%), Oklahoma City Thunder

Wiggins has recently increased its production, reaching double figures in its last 12 games. A third round player in nine-cate formats this month, Wiggins finished Wednesday’s victory against Nets with 24 points, five rebounds, three assists and two three points in 29 minutes of the bench. While Cason Wallace (9%) also had a good night in Brooklyn, totaling 13 points, three rebounds, two assists, three interceptions and a three points in 30 minutes, Wiggins offers the higher offensive ceiling. And it’s essential with Luguentz Dort struggling with his shot.

SG / SF Keon Ellis (16%), Sacramento Kings

Ellis walked her ankle in the first half of Monday’s victory against the Hornets but did not have to miss a full match. Back in the rotation on Wednesday, he played 33 minutes from the bench and finished the Kings’ victory against jazz with 11 points, a rebound, two assists, two interceptions, three blocks and three three points. Minutes and defensive statistics are distinguished here; Ellis must be registered in more leagues if he can continue to approach the start minutes despite the fact of detaching himself from the bench.

C Day’ron Sharpe (12%) and SG / SF ZIAIRE WILLIAMS (11%), Brooklyn Nets

With Nic Claxton serving a suspension of a match due to flagrant fault points, Sharpe was moved to the departure training on Wednesday evening. He was sensational against the Thunder, finishing with 25 points, 15 rebounds, five assists, two interceptions, three blocks and two three points in 31 minutes. Sharpe was twice missed to become the second player in NBA history to total at least 25 points, 15 rebounds and five assists in a match while pulling 100% of the field, join Wilt Chamberlain (Which did it six times in his career; Walker Kessler ended a rebound in the feat in the defeat of Utah against Sacramento). Those who had Sharpe notations collected the awards, and may have added value during the “silly season” if Brooklyn decides to limit the minutes of Claxton or close it entirely.

As for Williams, he recorded his second double-double of the season, ending with 18 points, 10 rebounds, a pass, a block and five three points. Over the past two weeks, he has provided a sixth round value in eight cathemeral formats and has been an element of the Net departure training since the end of January. Fantasy managers can also add Keon Johnson (17%) to their lists, because he has been the top 60 in the past two weeks despite the shot less than 40% of the field.

C Andre Drummond (11%), Philadelphia 76ers

Drummond did not provide elite value during Wednesday’s defeat against the Knicks, finishing with seven points, nine rebounds, five assists, two interceptions and a shot blocked in 29 minutes. However, with Joel Embiid (knee) and Guerschon Yabusele (Eye) put aside, the coach of the 76ers Nick Nurse has nowhere to turn. In addition, Cassidy Hubbarth of ESPN was reported during the Wednesday match that there could be more clarity concerning Embiid status in the next 48 hours. No matter what’s going on there, it would be a good idea to get ahead of the rush and add Drummond before it is too late.

C Zach Collins (5%), Chicago Bulls

By starting again once again instead of the injured Nikola Vacevic, Collins had one of the best games in the NBA career in Wednesday’s defeat against the Clippers. Pulling 8 out of 14 on the field, he finished with 21 points, 17 rebounds, six assists, two interceptions and two three points in 38 minutes. Not only the first double double of the Collins season, but the 17 rebounds were a career summit. He has provided the value of the top 100 in nine -cate formats in the last three weeks and deserves to be broadcast as long as Vacevic and Jalen Smith have come out.
