College Game Day will perform in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on Saturday to highlight No. 18 James Madison.
The Dukes are 10-0 and have a chance to tie 2020 Coastal Carolina for the best 11-game start to the Sun Belt history when they host Appalachian State. This will be James Madison’s first visit to campus since 2017 for the traveling pregame show, and they’re bringing in an internet celebrity as their guest selector.
James Madison alumnus and Barstool Sports podcaster Eric Sollenberger – known as PFT Commenter – has been named the guest selector for the week.

Match day will be broadcast live from James Madison University on Saturday, November 18, from 9 a.m. to noon on the Quad in front of Wilson Hall. THE Pat McAfee Show will also be broadcast live from campus on Friday. The Jonas Brothers are also scheduled to perform on Saturday.
James Madison has won four of its last five games by double digits. The Dukes sit atop the Sun Belt East standings, but they are not eligible for the conference championship game. The NCAA also denied a postseason waiver request from the school on Thursday, leaving them ineligible to play in a bowl game unless there are not enough .500 teams to fill all 82 slots .
The NCAA’s decision could potentially cost James Madison a New Year’s Six bowl bid as the top-ranked Group 5 team. This will undoubtedly be a topic of discussion during Saturday’s pregame show.
Kickoff between James Madison and App State will be at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
