It’s time for winter sports results!

Now that we’re out of the fall sports season, it’s time to release winter sports results to recognize all the hard-working athletes.

It’s actually very easy for basketball and football scores to come to me.

With basketball, it’s as simple as taking a photo of the scorebook at the end of a game. Make sure you have game sheets for both teams and be sure to send me a list so I can be sure I have all the correct names.

If you want to add a few highlights – great defense, long scoring streak, game-winning shot – that’s great, but I can make a story out of the scorebook.

Most of the time in the last 10 years, most basketball results have been taken by the scorer. Take a quick look at the scorebook and send it to me.

When it comes to football, the final score, the player you played and the goals or assists are the basics. The goalie saves are also interesting, with highlights that don’t appear on a stat sheet always welcome.

Once again, a team roster is a plus to ensure correct spelling.

As for wrestling, if the team goes to a tournament, please send me how your wrestler is doing. The easiest way for me to get the results is to send me a link to the tournament results.

I go through the weight classes and see how they performed in each match.

For all sports, I’m always looking for photos. Here are the settings for image posts. I need the identity of the players and who took the photo. It may not be taken by any other publication or website.

This is a great opportunity for parents to get involved and help the coach of each team.

The deadline for submitting results is Sunday noon for the previous week. You don’t need to wait until Sunday to send results: you can do everything at once or after each match. Please send them to [email protected].

Thank you for contributing to the recognition of children.
