Trae Young dropped his match winner on Monday evening.
Atlanta Hawks’ star led her team to a victory at the end of 132-130 against the Pistons de Detroit, thanks to a ridiculous shot on Malik Beasley just before the buzzer who completely silenced Little Caesars Arena.
Young, with a few seconds on the clock, was trying to spend Beasley at the top of the field. He suddenly recovered and vomited a rainbow shot which barely exceeded Beasley’s outstretched hand while losing his balance and crashing in court.
It was only the net. Just look:
The Hawks had led by 12 points in the fourth quarter, although the pistons rallied in the section. Cade Cunningham then struck a short bucket with a little less than 30 seconds to equalize the match, which set up the winner of Game of Young just inside the arc.
Cunningham led the pistons with 30 points and 14 assists in the defeat of Detroit, which left them at 25-25 this season. He also fired on 1 from the Arc Arc. Tobias Harris added 22 points for Detroit and Beasley finished with 18 points on the bench.
