Tottenham gather info on £70m-rated Manchester United star amid PSG and Napoli rumors

Rúben Amorim’s decision to rule Alejandro Garnacho out of the Manchester derby last month has sparked speculation over the winger’s future at Manchester United.

According to the Daily MailGarnacho is no longer considered ‘untouchable’ at Old Trafford, with major European clubs including Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona showing interest.

Although a transfer does not appear imminent, Manchester United could consider offers of around £70 million. However, clubs like Atletico Madrid and Juventus might struggle to meet that asking price at the moment.

Journalist Steve Kay recently reported that Tottenham has made a serious inquiry into the availability of Garnacho. In addition, CaughtOffside claimed that Atletico Madridhis former club, alongside PSG and Juventus, are closely monitoring the situation.

Although United might be willing to sell if the right offer comes in, Atletico and Juventus might struggle to match the club’s valuation.

CaughtOffside reported Sundayciting sources, that Manchester United are willing to consider letting Garnacho leave if they receive a good enough offer in January. Additionally, the report reveals that Tottenham have joined the race for Garnacho, after receiving information about his situation.

Napoli saw a £40million bid for Garnacho rejected earlier this month, but according to Italian media Tuttosportthey have now come back with a second, higher offer.

The report claims that Antonio Conte’s side have offered €55m (£46.5m/$56.7m) for the Manchester United winger. Garnacho has reportedly already agreed personal terms with Napoli on a five-year contract worth €3m (£2.5m/$3.1m) per year.

Following the sale of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Naples to have the financial capacity to meet this price, even if it is not certain that they will reach this level. Other clubs, including Chelsea, are also said to be keep an eye on the situation.

However, Manchester United are reportedly sticking to their £60million asking price and are unwilling to let him leave for less this month.
