Lawyers for the Voyager cryptocurrency class action lawsuit announced Monday that they have obtained the first settlement of the dispute from NASCAR driver Landon Cassill.
“I am happy that this matter has been resolved amicably and I am sorry that so many other people have also lost money with Voyager,” said Cassill, who gained national attention for being the first NASCAR driver to be paid entirely in cryptocurrency. Cassill and JD Motorsports promoted Voyager through a sponsorship deal.
