It was a quiet but eventful race at Kansas Speedway. Although the racing was the main attraction of the AdventHealth 400, it was the punches that overshadowed Denny Hamlin’s first victory after 33 races. The fight between Noah Gragson and Ross Chastain captured the attention of the entire NASCAR grid and was the subject of discussion on NASCAR podcasts, including Door Bumper Clear.

Even Bubba Wallace watcher Freddie Kraft couldn’t help but show his displeasure while pointing out the funnier side of this fight.

The reason both drivers honked their horns was because Ross Chastain had jostled the beginner Series of cuts driver Noah Gragson to the outside wall. While the whole grid was busy rejoicing Denis HamlinAfter the victory, the two drivers became embroiled in a heated argument, which forced Ross Chastain to punch Noah in the face.

And this feud seems to be one of the main topics of discussion, in the latest episode of Door Bumper Clear, where Freddie Kraft expanded on the feud and what went wrong. He stated : “Look, you can’t go there like I heard his interview afterwards. It’s like someone’s going to catch him. No, you’re not going to grab him and punch him in the face. If you catch it, you’ll get punched in the face. That you did.

Freddie Kraft also explained: “And you know, even on the race track, he shot him and almost hurt us. We were chasing Ross for 4th place, the last 20 laps or so. And we’re catching up to him, catching Noah, and I didn’t know they had a feud at this point.

Furthermore, he added to his developments: “We are at the top. Noah goes after Ross and completely misses it and taxes us. He finishes in front of us in the top lane and costs us dearly. So technically you’re helping Ross. It’s like Mobb Deep, there’s no such thing as half-assed crooks, you’ll either do this or you won’t. Like if you’re mad at this guy, go punch him. If you want to destroy it, destroy it on the racetrack. Like, don’t be half an idiot about it.

However, the NASCAR observer and his co-hosts seem to agree with Kraft’s explanation of the funniest part of the brawl. Kraft pointed out that Chastain repeatedly asked Gragson to drop his uniform. However, when Gragson didn’t heed his warnings, he had to bear the brunt of Chastain’s frustration.

Kraft exclaimed: “Boom! Now I’m going to time the jaw. Like it was the funniest thing in the entire video. Look, if you’re going to go, you better go swinging.

The Couch Racer partner also added: “It’s like Dazed and Confused, you’re the type of guy who’s going to hit it once and break it before it happens to you. That’s what these guys do. They go into these fights, knowing that we are not going to fight.

In addition, he adds with humor, “If you want to go for it, you better go swinging.” Because now you look like an idiot.

Well, lessons are learned the hard way. Just like Noah Gragson, who lost his cool and walked into a fight without throwing the first punch. The question is: will he change for the better and become a responsible driver who doesn’t hold grudges? Or will he be another driver who feels the public’s wrath because of his short-tempered nature?
