On April 6, a women’s basketball team will win the 2025 national title. The 68 eligible teams were announced during Sunday’s selection show.

UCLA earned first place overall for the first time in program history, benefiting from its regular season victory against South Carolina and winning the Big Ten Tournament title USC. The Gamecocks are also a 1 seed, but the defending champions enter the NCAA Tournament with something to prove.

Texas clinched the third No. 1 seed, while USC edged out UConn for the 1st final seed. The Trojans and Huskies could be ready for a rematch of their December showdown, which USC won 72-70.

The March Madness women’s tournament is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, March 19 with the first four games. And the first round will begin on Friday March 21.

Here are the brackets for Sunday’s selection show!
