The Black Hills Golf team fell WF West at the Tumwater Valley Golf Course on Wednesday when the Wolves defeated the 204-216 bearcates.
Black Hills was led by efforts under the age of 40 from Kendell Dress and Logan Stallings, who drew 38 and 39 respectively. Jack Casler added a 41, Ethan Badger A 42 and Landon Echols at 44.
Emmett Goodman carded a 40 to lead the bearcates, although Jamie Conzatti was not far behind with a 41. Fox Rogerson, Beckman Dvorak and Jax Potter all recorded 45s.
The two teams played on air greens, so the Wolves and Bearcates played with a Two-Putt car due to the conditions of course.
The two teams are back in action on Monday. WF West will welcome Centralia in Newakum Valley, while Black Hills will go to Alderbrook Golf and Yacht Club in Union to face Shelton.
