KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan men’s basketball assistant coach Manny Dosanjh has been accepted to participate in the 2025 NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy, which will take place May 7-9 in Indianapolis. Dosanjh, who recently completed his third year with the Broncos, is one of 45 coaches nationally who were selected to participate in this year’s clinic.
“Every time you are selected from a group of coaches to learn and grow, you feel grateful,” Dosanjh said. “I look forward to spending a few days in Indiana and bringing back everything I can to continue to improve our program.”
The NCAA Basketball Coaches Academy provides current men’s and women’s basketball coaches from NCAA member institutions the opportunity to expand their knowledge and outlook on the world of intercollegiate basketball coaching. During the academy, selected participants will be trained in a variety of areas that encourage effective coaching at the intercollegiate level, with an emphasis on holistic well-being and development of student-athletes.
At the academy, Dosanjh will engage with industry experts and peers on a wide variety of topics designed to enhance coaches’ abilities to serve as effective coaches and leaders to student-athletes on and off the field.
