Nonetheless, the invitational tour might face a huge setback despite their unexpected invitations to the Masters. This has everything to do with the Ryder Cup which is fast approaching. As most fans know, the U.S. team for this prestigious event includes six eligible qualifiers along with six other golfers chosen by the captain. After dominating the Masters, LIV Golf has the answers, but golf still has questions: what next?

With a highly decorated career on the PGA Tour, the loyalist has likely observed each player’s performance on the field. However, being from the rival league, there is a good chance that he will not consider picking the Saudi stars to be part of the team. Remember, LIV Golf players are 100% eligible to take the field for the 2023 Ryder Cup. This makes the situation even more difficult for the captain, who must make a wise decision regarding his choices.

After the highly anticipated announcement, Johnson was asked about his mindset going into the tournament.
