It is a race that Kyle Larson will want to forget. The day started well, winning “Best in Show” for its return program. However, the car inspired by Kellogg does not seem as well. Larson turned alone in the first five laps of the race, destroying the front of the car. He returned to the race at more than 160 laps, only to be involved in another incident in the same place with less than five laps to do in the race. He slowed down suddenly when he saw Tyler Reddick Enter the wall, but trying to avoid being part of an altering incident, he rather caused it. Bubba Wallace could not react in time, sPin Larson in a prudence which finally cost Ryan Blaney the victory of the race.

2025 was a struggle for Gibbs, marking very few points up to the last two weeks, trapped at the bottom of the ranking. He started turning things in Martinsville, marking out and finishing 13th. Other improvements have been made to Darlington, ending the ninth. It is now up to 26th point, which is far from where it should be, but always much better than where it was.

Chase Elliott was one of the most frank drivers this weekend, but he was not the only one with regard to the concept of the return weekend. Consensus among some drivers is that it has taken its course and should be deleted. If it is true that only half of the field of the Cup series participated and that some sponsors are hindering their participation, the “Throwback weekend” is much more than the paint plans. It is a question of honoring the history of sport and that three or 30 teams participate does not change its importance. NASCAR renowned temple Carl Edwards Founded the green flag, Richard and Kyle Petty joined the broadcasting stand to share historic stories and racing cars paraded on the track. It is a great tradition and should continue. Yes, most of the obvious ideas were made to death, but there were still teams like the Wood Brothers offering unique ideas. And as long as it continues to actively honor the past, Throwback’s weekend has a place in Nascar.
