Austin Hill took advantage of an reckless decision by Sammy Smith in the last corner to win the US Marine Corps 250 XFINITY NASCAR series rushing Martinsville Speedway.

Hill was almost the only one not to trip among the leaders while Smith, then leader Taylor Gray and Justin Allgaier, all contacted in separate maneuvers during turns 3 and 4.

Saturday’s race will not be one to replay in the future, especially in the last step after 10 warning flags in the last 100 laps without including the final sequence. The race was not much appreciated by the former and current pilots of the series of cups on social networks.
