It’s the final week of the 2025-26 college basketball regular season.
Basketball Duke opens the week on the road at NC State on Monday, March 2 and closes with a rematch against UNC at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Saturday, March 7.

No. 1 Blue Devils (27-2, 15-1 ACC), which sits atop the NCAA NET rankings, is coming off a dominant position Home victory 77-51 against Virginia No. 11/12 for its 10th victory against a ranked opponent this season. This is also their fifth double-digit win over a ranked opponent this season.
Duke won a share of the ACC regular season title with its victory over Virginia and clinched the No. 1 seed in the upcoming ACC tournament. It must win one of its final two regular season games to win the regular season title.
Who is Duke Basketball playing this week?
Duke opens the week at the Lenovo Center against NC State (19-10, 10-6) and first-year head coach Will Wade on Monday, March 2 (7 p.m. ET, ESPN). The Wolfpack is coming off a 96-90 overtime road loss to Notre Dame and have lost four of their last five games. Their only win during that span came against UNC on February 17, 82-58, with the Tar Heels without Caleb Wilson and Henri Veesar.

The Blue Devils lead the all-time series against the Wolfpack 83-52 and are 6-4 in the last 10 meetings. On the road against NC State, Duke is tied 27-27, having won two of its last five at the Lenovo Center.
Duke then closes its regular season with a rematch against UNC on Saturday, March 7 (6:30 p.m. ET, ESPN), who defeated Duke 71-68 on February 7 behind a go-ahead 3-pointer from Seth Trimble with 0.4 seconds left. That gave the Tar Heels (23-6, 11-5) their first and only lead of the game, which was all they needed to defeat the Blue Devils.
The Blue Devils are 32-29 overall at home against the Tar Heels, winning two of the last five games against UNC at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
