The inaugural Webex Players Series 2025 in Perth was nothing short of an entertaining turnout for Australian golf fans. This time, the event returns with higher stakes, a distinctive format and increasing attention from fans and golfers. Hosted by superstars Min Woo Lee and Minjee LeeThe event is scheduled to be held from January 8-11, 2026 at the Royal Fremantle Golf Club in Fremantle, Western Australia. Let’s discover the challenges of the Webex Players Series 2026 in Perth.

Webex Players Series Perth 2026 Prize Money and Winner Payout

The Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia and the WPGA Tour of Australasia have co-sanctioned this mixed professional golf tournament, where $250,000 is up for grabs. Notably, the winner’s payout is $45,000, or 18% of the total prize. The remaining successful golfers get their hands on a portion of the remaining $205,000. But it’s not just the financial reward that makes this event worthwhile. Golfers also have the opportunity to earn crucial OWGR points.

OWGR points available

The OWGR points up for grabs based on the field for the Webex Players Series Perth 2026 are 9.47519. The winner obviously takes the biggest part of this sum. A gain of nearly 27%, or 2.55533 points, will be awarded to the golfer who finishes the event at the top of the leaderboard. But even others who pass after the first two rounds will earn OWGR points.

The runner-up will receive 1.17545 (12.41%), third will receive 0.74615 (7.87%), and fourth will receive 0.53917 (5.69%). However, this is only a projected distribution, and the actual OWGR points awarded will depend on the number of golfers selected. The OWGR projects a cup size of 50 golfers. In particular, if the number exceeds this figure, the allocation of points may change.

She turned professional in 2023 and earned her Ladies European Tour card. Rudgeley notched a victory on the WPGA Tour of Australasia at the Athena Golf Challenge in 2022. Apart from that, she also finished runner-up at the 2024 Lacoste Ladies Open de France (playoff loss) and the 2025 Women’s NSW Open.

Also in the field is former DP World Tour winner Andrew Johnston. He won the Spanish Open title in 2016, as well as two Challenge Tour titles in 2014. Another highlight of his profile is a solo 8th place finish at the 145th Open Championship in 2016.

There are many others, like three-time PGA Tour of Australasia Challenger winner Austin Bautista, three-time WPGA Tour of Australasia winner Hannah Reeves and Ladies European Tour golfer Maddison Hinson-Tolchard. With such a mix of talent in the field, the Webex Players Series Perth 2026 will be exciting to watch.
