USA Basketball: 2024 Olympics schedule and results for men’s, women’s and 3×3 teams

Jayson Tatum and Team USA went 5-0 in the pre-Olympic exhibition program in preparation for the Paris Olympics.

The United States men’s basketball team will compete in the Paris Olympics this summer with a list featuring some of the NBA’s biggest stars. Exhibition matches will begin on July 10 and the Olympics will begin on July 27.

See below for when Team USA is scheduled to play during the Paris Olympics and Team USA players.


5×5 Men’s Program for the Paris Olympics

The men’s basketball tournament will begin on July 27, a day after the opening ceremony in Paris, with 12 countries competing in the initial group stage.

Team USA will play in Group C against Serbia, South SudanAnd Porto RicoThe top two from each group, plus the two best third-placed teams, advance to the final stage – an eight-team single-elimination tournament to determine the gold, silver and bronze medals..

The group stage matches will be played at the Pierre Mauroy stadium in Lille. The quarter-finals, semi-finals and final will be played at the Bercy Arena in Paris. Check out the full schedule below.

Women’s basketball games will begin on July 28. Team USA will play in Group C against Germany, Japan and Belgium. Each team will play three group stage matches, with the top two from each group advancing to the quarterfinals, as will the two best third-place teams. United States Olympic Roster

The United States men’s basketball team list features 12 NBA players and a total of 10 Olympic gold medals. Kevin Durant is a three-time gold medalist, LeBron James is Team USA’s all-time leading scorer (and a two-time gold medalist), and Bam Adebayo (2020), Devin Booker (2020), Anthony Davis (2012), Jrue Holiday (2020), and Jayson Tatum (2020) are all gold medalists.
