In the continuous situation between Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Denny Hamlin And Ty GibbsIt seems that no part is retreating.
Hamlin spoke frankly on his podcast, ‘Harmful actions“Again to ask the team to get involved and manage growing tensions. But where it gets complicated is the fact that it is not only another disagreement between his teammates, because TY is the grandson of the founder / owner of JGR, Joe Gibbs.
2014 NASCAR Cup champion Kevin Harvick wondered openly on his ‘HAPPY HOUR’ Podcast if this drama will derail the title of Denny Hamlin in 2025. Hamlin is the driver of the most winning cup in title in Nascar’s story, and he has more victories this season (five) than anyone on the grid.

“It was intentional,” said Harvick looking at a replay of the wreckage. “There is no hiding place that it was not intentional … you could have eliminated all three (Christopher Bell was just behind them). This is the question I have: is this the moment that derapes the Denny Hamlin championship in 2025?
“This decision is now a decision you need to talk about next week. It is a decision that will divide the store. It is a decision that shows many people that you simply do not have much respect … When it made this decision, it could be the moment when Denny Hamlin has become of Denny Hamlin.
Gibbs, who spent the first part of the week to visit the White House at Washington DC, decided to republish the clip which included Harvick’s comments on his Instagram history. He didn’t say anything else in the post, including simply a finger pointing emoji, directed towards Harvick’s words.
He reports that Gibbs and Hamlin are still worlds on this issue, and the last thing JGR needs is another session of stay between these two or that will prove to Harvick and 100% ‘derrail’ in Hamlin in 2025.
