With Caitlin Clark returning after a recruited campaign of the year alongside two stars in Kelsey Mitchell and striker Aliyah Boston, Indiana fever knew that they have something special before the season of the season WNBA 2025.

This trio guided fever to its first appearance in the playoffs since 2016 and a record for the regular season of 20-20 during their first season together.

While Clark, Mitchell and Boston transformed the pourse of the fever in a positive direction, the front office does not wait for this to turn into the affirmation of the title. The Indiana front office is actively attracting colleagues and veterans to transform fever into a pretender to the title right now.

In addition to signing Mitchell again, the front-off of the fever exchanged for the Tir-Tireur Sophie Cunningham, signed the Background Sydney Colson, the stars attackers in Inked Natasha Howard and Dewanna Bonner and the Double Double Selection of the All-Defensive team Wnba Brianna Turner.

Naturally, these movements drew the attention of basketball experts nationally. ESPN gave fever a note for their movements in their 2025 WNBA off -season grades.

The fever, which had 20-20 last season, needed more experience on the wing and in the position, and responded to these signatures of free agent and Howard. Cunningham came by a business that sent Nalyssa SmithWho played his first three seasons with fever in Dallas. Mitchell is not an addition, but she returns for her eighth season in Indiana after being square in a free agency. The final result: a team that should be stronger defensive than last season and run the ground well with Clark as a game. – Michael Voepel, espn.

ESPN projected the starting range of the fever as Clark, Mitchell, Boston, Bonner and Howard.

It’s exciting to see the franchise quickly build around Clark and work to create a championship competitor. During its recruit season, Clark collected an average of 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 1.3 interceptions per game on 41.7% shots on the field and 34.4% Shooting at 3 points.
