In recent weeks, we have examined some of the best recruits of high school football in the country’s recruitment homes.
The series started with the best 2026 Texas recruits And last week, we watched the The best juniors out of Florida.
This time, we will head west and look at the Golden State. Here are the best recruits 2026 to keep an eye on California.
Ryder Lyons
School: Folsom
Position: Strategist
Commitment: Uncommitted
Summary: Lyon may be a graduate in 2026, but he corresponds more to the 2027 class because he will make a mission trip LDS after his career in high school.
He comes out of a junior season where he launched for 3,011 yards and 46 affected. As for possible NCAA landing points, the USC seems to be the favorite of its recruitment – its older brother is currently plays for Trojan horses, which only contributes to the process.
Brandon Arrington
School: Mount Miguel (Spring Valley)
Position: Athlete
Commitment: Uncommitted
Summary: Arrington is a real five -star talent, with several of the best programs in the country that demands. Currently, Texas A&M looks like the favorite program to land it.
This could change in the coming months, however. He has official visits aligned in Penn State (May 2), Texas A&M (June 5), Alabama (June 13), USC (June 17) and Oregon (June 20).
Mark Bowman
School: Mater dei (Santa Ana)
Position: END
Commitment: Uncommitted
Summary: At 6 feet 4 inches and 230 pounds, Bowman already looks like a tight college to prepare for his NFL Pro day. Playing to watch Dei, there is a good chance that it will reach this level in the very close future.

Chris Henry Jr.
School: Mater dei (Santa Ana)

Commitment: Ohio State
Summary: The son of the late Bengal receiver Chris Henry, Henry Jr. is considered by many as one of the best receivers (if not the best) in the 2026 class. And as most of the best receivers in recent years, he heads for Columbus.
An injury at the end of the season earlier in the year has short of its junior season, but expect a Healthy Henry Jr. to put crazy figures during his senior campaign.
Kodi Greene
School: Mater dei (Santa Ana)
Position: Offensive tackle
Commitment: Oregon
Summary: The Ducks head coach Dan Lanning went to California and added another elite talent, landing Greene last June. It will be a massive piece of their future in the future with its 6 -foot 6 inch and 310 pound frames.

Bonner recently aligned an official visit to Washington on the weekend of April 25.
Israel Briggs
School: SEDIEUS (VISALIA)
Position: END
Commitment: Arizona State
Summary: At 6 feet 6 inches and 200 pounds, Briggs already looks like a tight end. The Sun Devils prepare a guy to be a threat and an elite blocker at the next level.
Although it remains attached to Arizona State, do not expect that other programs start to avoid. Miami is one of those teams that have remained strongly involved in its recruitment.
Kayden Dixon-Wyatt
School: Mater dei (Santa Ana)
Position: Wide receiver
Commitment: Uncommitted
Summary: The list of Mater Dei is responsible for talents on the offensive side of the ball, but Dixon-Wyatt has always found a way to stand above the rest.
