ANT or GOAT?
Believe me. I can’t stand it when people make outrageous, unrealistic and unfair comparisons. Putting someone in the same conversation as Michael Jordan is ridiculous, and it’s unfair to put all that pressure on one player’s shoulders, especially when that player is only 22 years old. But… Anthony Edwards is ready to take on that pressure, and he has the game to back him up. Am I saying ANT Man is going to win six rings, five MVPs, and 10 milestone titles like the GOAT? No, but I’ll be damned if he didn’t make a few moves that brought back the shadows of Michael Jordan. While Edwards asked or demanded an end to the comparisons. NBA insider Chris Boussard relayed a message he received from Jordan not too long ago: “Jordan said there were similarities in their games, and he agreed , so if Jordan says there are similarities, there are similarities.”
