Call Mr. ANT Man
It’s easy to get caught up in the hype with Anthony Edwards. We expect the world from him, forgetting that he is only 22 years old and that he will need a little time and experience. Even the GOAT, Michael Jordan, experienced some growing pains during his first few years in the league. It took MJ seven seasons before winning his first Larry O’Brien trophy, Edwards is in his third year. ANT is a fantastic player and will one day be one of the faces, if not the face of the league. His scoring has declined in this series, mainly because of the double teams he’s facing, but his assists and rebounds have increased. He’s averaging 27, 6, and 5 in the playoffs, while going 22, 8, and 8 in this series. Although he will have to get his guys involved throughout the game, the Wolves need to see the killer instinct we have seen from him in past series.
