West Lafayette, ind. – The women of Cumberland finished the game at the Rohrman Invitational Tuesday, finishing fifth in the general classification in the team ranking with a total of three laps of 1,003.

Marian (ind.) Won the title of the team at 943, while Indiana Wesleyan followed second at 955.

The Phoenix was led by the junior Matilda Lind, who ranked seventh individually with a score of three laps of 239. Lind opened the tournament with a solid 70 in the first round before closing with scores of 85 and 84 to guarantee its first top 10 of the fall season.

Lucy Labdon provided a regular game for the three days, by carding consecutive cycles of 81 after an opening of 85 to finish equally at the 20th to 247 equally for the 20th. Crystal Zamzow was close in 26th, displaying an 84-86-85 for a total of 255. Franziska Mramor equaled to equal at 37th at 263 (85-89-89), while Caitlyn Bilham returned her best round of the event on Tuesday with an 88, closing to 278 for 43rd. In competition as an individual, Katelyn Dehart ranked 49th with a 304 after turns of 103, 99 and 102.

Cumberland returns to the action from September 22 to 23 at Carey Collegiate du Canebrake Country Club.

Men set up a place to finish eighth

West Lafayette, ind. – The men of Cumberland went up a place on the last day of their first season game on Tuesday to finish in eighth place at the Rohrman Invitational.

Cumberland displayed his best scoring of the tournament by firing a 304 during the final round. The Phoenix finished with 933 shots in total. Marian won the tournament by 23 shots with 883 shots. Campbelsville finished second at 906 and the Cumberlands finished third with 907.

Gustav Fredriksson pulled one by 70 from two under the last round of the tournament to soar in the ranking. He finished as a goalscorer of Cumberland with a total of 231 strokes in total in 16th row. Fredriksson started the Birdie-Birdie day on n ° 1 and n ° 2 playing the first nine at a penny. He added three consecutive birdies to n ° 13, 14 and 15 to obtain four sous, but finished his round bogey-bogey to display a 70.

Patrick Chesnut and Carter Stroup finished 23rd with 234 shots in total. Chesnut pulled his best round from the tournament in the final to finish with a five out of 77. Chesnut carded a birdie on n ° 11 with 12 pars, four bogeys and a double in his sleeve. Stroup pulled a six out of 78 with three birdies, eight pars, five bogeys and two doubles.

Bailey Rousseau finished with an 83 in his last round to total 241 strokes in equality for 40th. Harry Cagill and Carlos Diaz found themselves equal to the 47th with 245 traits in total. Cagill posted a 79 with three Birdies and Diaz pulled an 85 with two birdies.

The Phoenix will be in action from September 29 to 30 at the Upke Fall Invitational.
