The saints interviewed the coach of Dolphins Robert Prince receivers on Saturday for their post of attacking coordinator, Tom Pelissero of the NFL Media Reports.
Prince, 59, has just taken the work of the Dolphins on January 29, replacing Wes Welker.
The saints hired Kellen Moore as head coach earlier this week, and Moore and Prince have a story together. Prince was coach of receivers at Boisse State in 2011 when Moore was a quarter of the team. They then worked with the cowboys in 2022 when Moore was the attacking coordinator and the receiver coach.
Prince spent three seasons in Dallas, but his contract expired, and he left for Miami before the Cowboys promoted Brian Schottenheimer.
Prince previously worked for the Texans (2021) and Lions (2014-20) and was with the Falcons, the Jaguars and the Seahawks at the start of his career.
