Texas A&M’s The 2026 offensive line will feature four new starters after four 2025 veterans will leave due to expired eligibility, combined with declaring for the 2026 NFL Draft. Just a week after the transfer portal opened, head coach Mike Elko and O-line coach Adam Cushing went to work, landing four likely replacements, including former Aggie commit and second-year LSU guard Coen Echols.
While this group appears to be nearly complete, Monday’s news that the former Texas A&M recruiter is targeting and Colorado second-year tackle Jordan Seaton will enter the transfer portal It’s likely that all of the Power 4 coaches will be scrambling to arrange a visit in the coming days, including Mike Elko.

Seaton, a five-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class, spent last season as Colorado’s starting left tackle, playing in nine games, allowing just two sacks and seven total pressures, earning a Focus on professional football passing a professional rating of 83.9, including prolific marks of 91 against Houston and 91.5 against TCU.
On track to become a first-round pick in the 2028 or 2029 NFL Draft, where he chooses to play next should be based on his developmental path. Immediately following the announcement, On3 Pete Nakos revealed that sources told him that Oregon and Texas, two teams in need of entry-level tackles, are top contenders this early in the process, but also said that Ole Miss, Texas Tech, LSU, Miami and Texas A&M are also in the mix.
Knowing that his NIL value is between $1 million and $2.5 million, give or take, I can confidently say that Elko will at least “kick the tires” on the elite left tackle, even if the staff seems happy with what they currently have in the building.
