Tennessee expected to void 2026 athlete Rodney Colton Jr.’s commitment from South Carolina, according to Tom Loy at 247Sports.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound athlete from Newnan High School in Newnan, Ga., recently unofficially visited Tennessee when the Vols hosted Florida on October 5.
It is rated four stars in 247Sports’ Composite rankings, ranked as the nation’s No. 152 prospect, No. 12 linebacker and No. 18 player in Georgia.
The 2026 prospect plays linebacker and safety. Colton Jr. committed to South Carolina on April 24.
Tennessee has four commitments in its 2026 recruiting class: Quarterback Fazon Brandontight end Carson Sneedoffensive lineman Brandon Anderson and defensive lineman Tyson Bacon.
