Well, it wasn’t a smooth ride like the first two games were, but perhaps a little more meaningful. After embarrassing Tennessee And OregonOhio State found itself in a dogfight with Texas in the Goodyear cotton bowl. A Buckeyes game would end up winning with late heroic acts.

This will undoubtedly be one of the greatest games ever played in Ohio State football history. OSU fans will remember it for years to come and share it with their children and grandchildren – especially if Ohio State continues to raise a College Football Playoffs national championship trophy.

As you can imagine, emotions were running high and people had things to say on social media. Let’s take a look at some of the best reactions.

It didn’t end well

An incredibly difficult path

This season, Ohio State beat…

No. 8 Indiana
No. 7 Tennessee
No. 4 Penn State
#3 Texas
#1 in Oregon

Only No. 5 Notre Dame remains…

Live all our dreams

We’ve all pretended to live out our sporting dreams, fantasizing about what it would be like to become a legend for the team we watched on TV. Jack Sawyer has punched his ticket to Buckeye immortality. What a feeling that must be.

I hope everyone is OK with me skipping the inauguration so I can go to the national title game.
