Serena Williams that’s saying it’s “ok not to be okay”.

In a post she shared on Xformerly known as Twitter, Williams said, “I’m not feeling well today,” but it’s okay if you’re not having the best day.

“No one is okay every day,” she said. “If you’re not well today, I’m with you.”

“There is always tomorrow,” she added. “I love you.”

The tennis legend too shared a photo of her and her daughter, Adirasleeping on his chest.

“This makes me so happy,” Williams captioned the post.

Williams has always been open about mental health with her supporters in the past.

Last year, the Olympic gold medalist, who shares daughters Adira and Olympia with husband Alexis Ohanian, spoke with Selena Gomez about her thoughts on mental form for Gomez’s Wondermind, a mental health platform that aims to connect people with mental health tools and media to support their “mental fitness.”

“I did this years ago, before mental health was even a topic on everyone’s minds,” she said. “It was more like, ‘All right, I’m shutting down today.’ Subconsciously, it’s something I’ve always done.”

“It’s very important to prioritize yourself, especially mentally,” she added. “I always have downtime. I have serious boundaries and I don’t let anyone cross those boundaries.”
