The Cats had a strong performance in the SEC Tournament, winning two games for the first time since 2018.
This stat comes with a bit of a caveat though, as this was the first time they played on Wednesday of the tournament, but I digress.

That being said, they just couldn’t get past Florida. They’re two very different teams, with the Gators simply being better in every way, and that’s okay.
The Gators will likely be the favorite to win it all, but the Cats showed plenty of fight, which is what you need to win in the NCAA Tournament.
