The Tee Martin era is over in Baltimore, as Jordan Schultz reports that the Crows will not retain quarterbacks coach Tee Martin on Jesse Minter’s coaching staff. As a standout quarterback and two-year starter at Tennessee (1998-99), Martin led the Vols to a 22-3 record and a victory in the first-ever BCS National Championship (1998).
Baltimore hired Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator and also added Joe Lombardi to the offensive staff.

Martin just completed his fifth season with Baltimore and his third as quarterbacks coach, after two years (2021-22) guiding his wide receivers. He joined the Ravens after 15 seasons of coaching primarily in the collegiate ranks, including at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee (2019-20), where he mentored wide receivers and served as passing game coordinator and assistant head coach.
Martin has experience in play calling and was USC’s offensive coordinator when Sam Darnold rose to prominence.
