Raiders come out of the Jack Jones corner half. But it remains to determine how he will leave the team.
Vinny Bonsignore from Las Vegas Journal reports that raiders work to exchange Jones. But if the team does not find a partner, Las Vegas will release Jones on Monday.
Jones, 27, was acquired by the raiders off the derogation in 2023 after the Patriots let him pass halfway through the season. This decision brought him together with the former coach of the raiders, Antonio Pierce, who led Jones to high school and college.
In 2023, Jones appeared in seven games with three departures for the Raiders, recording two interceptions – to which he returned for affected. Jones then appeared in the 17 games with 16 departures for Las Vegas in 2024, ending the season with 16 defended passes and three interceptions.
Jones has seven career choices and returned four for TDS.
The Patriots selected Jones in the fourth round of the 2022 draft.
Raiders will save $ 3.4 million against the ceiling by releasing Jones.
