Serie A leaders Inter Milan have reportedly stepped up their efforts to sign Hajduk Split teenager Branimir Mlacic.
According to FCInter1908the Nerazzurri are ready to table a €5.5 million bid for the highly-rated 18-year-old.

Branimir Mlacic has become one of the most promising young prospects in Europe.
Indeed, the young central defender has established himself as a regular starter at Poljud despite his young age.
Additionally, several major clubs, including Barcelona, Real Madrid and Marseille, are closely monitoring his development.

Eager to beat tough competition for the talented defender, Inter have already drawn up a formal proposal.
The Nerazzurri could therefore soon submit an offer of 5.5 million euros for Mlacic.
Moreover, Inter could even let the player stay at Split on loan until the end of the season to sweeten the deal.
Indeed, Beppe Marotta identified Mlacic as a long-term investment capable of strengthening Inter’s defensive ranks for years to come.
