Durzi has come out of the alignment for 52 games after undergoing shoulder injury in mid-October. He had four appearances this season, in which he recorded two assists with seven minutes of penalty.
Utah finds itself at the heart of the Joker’s Joker race, and putting Durzi back in the programming will be a major boost.

With only two weeks before the NHL trade deadline, UTAH will have only one handful of games to determine whether they will sell assets or buy parts to make an effort for the playoffs. Durzi’s return will be as important as a commercial acquisition for UTAH.
He will face his former team, the Kings, who exchanged him at the coyotes of Arizona in 2023. However, he was initially drafted by the Maple Leafs of Toronto.
