Real Madrid fans and medical staff will be holding their breath over star Jude Bellingham’s fitness.
The Englishman ran the show against Girona for around an hour, scoring a goal and providing an assist before being forced off injured.
Bellingham collided with Donny van de Beek and cameras captured him nursing his groin before he was replaced by Dani Ceballos.
Reports from The Athletic claim Bellingham told manager Carlo Ancelotti he was suffering from “discomfort” in the area.
The good news is that the Englishman was walking towards the bench without any help. With a long injury list, Madrid are hoping it’s nothing serious.
