Question: I have been in dispute with my local golf club for over 12 months. Each time we renew our annual subscription, the club imposes a supplement of €125 for the use of the restaurant and bar for the coming year.
The money is deposited into a golf club electronic card for exclusive use in the clubhouse bar and restaurant. The restaurant is managed by an external company and the bar is managed by the club.
